Here, I’m working on Karen who also had serve back pain problems. From this video, we can learn several things.

Karen had known about Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and had tried it at home but she had no success. Talking to her on the phone she had told me her problem. So I said to come on over.

Karen came with her daughter Sally and had trouble climbing the steps. Karen is a singer and with her work she has to pack her heavy speakers, set them up and take them down again. She also has to perform but she knew she couldn’t do it with this back pain. As you know, when you are in pain you can’t be happy and relaxed.

I said to Karen that sometimes you need someone else to work on you and the problem could be one of not knowing the finer techniques of EFT.

As you notice in the video, that I had Karen start off with showing me the level of pain she had and where it was, exactly.

With Karen, I had the opportunity to use three different energy therapies. Not because I just wanted to use them but because I saw that each one complimented each other in this situation.  The three energy therapies I used were:

The Emotion Code

Quantum Touch

Emotional Freedom Technique

Keep in mind that Karen knew EFT but I didn’t know how well she knew it. And the fact that Karen told me she had no success with EFT, I knew I had a real challenge before me.

I started off with the emotion code. If there was an emotional cause to Karen’s pain, this would have told me right away. This didn’t seem to be the case.

Then I checked out Karen’s hips. As you can see in the video, her hips were out of alignment. This was resolved with Quantum Touch.

Finally, while we were on the sofa, I used EFT. She tested her muscle range and found that she could go futher. I then had her stand up and more. To her surprise she was pain free.

If you notice from the video, that Steve’s pain did not go away after I had worked on him. He said it was about 15 minutes later. This is common, though a higher percentage of the time the pain goes away right after the session. Then, there are times when the pain might go away hours later or even during the night. I had this happen to another client who had a headache and it went away when she went to bed that night. 

Sometimes the body needs more time to resolve an issue. But whatever the case, the pain went away naturally and sill much faster than by medication.

How long is the healing?

Usually, once the pain goes away it stays away. But more importantly, the cause of the pain went away. This is very important to know, as medication can take away pain BUT there are three problems that remain. 

1 – That it will return until more medication is taken.

2 – Medication causes side effect. Just take a look in the Physicians Reference Manual. They have listed side effects for all drugs and each drug has side effects – some of which is death! 

3 – Without the cause being treated, your condition will get worse and worse. Though you might have started out going to the doctor for one disease, you wind up with another. Later, you get still another disease or condition.
